More often than not bands that claim to play "crust" are more or less comparable to each other.
So it is a rare occasion to find bands that really fit my expectations.
I am into this kind of music for more than three decades and ever enjoyed female vocals/female fronted acts like e.g. NAUSEA (NY)
So it was a delight for me to see Burning Flag (Halifax - UK) release their 2nd album "Izabel" on vinyl this year via Boss Tuneage Records.

The band formed in 2013 around ex-members of Falconetti, Human Wreckage and Seal Team Six.
Their 1st EP was released in March 2014 as a download only version; Directly followed in June 2015 by their debut album which was/and still is only available as a CD/DL via the bands own store.
The 2nd album - originally released in July 2017 as a download-only via bandcamp - was, like it's predecessor, recorded at Skyhammer Studios with Chris Fielding (Napalm Death, Electric Wizard, SSS etc.).
Mastering was accomplished by Brad Boatright (Sleep, Poison Idea etc.).
