Napoleonic command figure

Asked to paint this up for Insanity Cope.I believe its a french figure from essex miniatures on a Perry horse.but painted as a British ADC "dandy" apart from the bicorne the colour scheme was taking from Uniforms of the peninsular war 1807-1814 by Philip Haythornwaite.
